My recent resurgence of interest in Pokemon has lead me to further the Eeveelution family Tree. Other users have done the Dragon form of Eevee before. But general thought as to the Pokemon's stats have been forgone. So i ask all deviants, who are willing or know someone who might be willing, to create this Dragon Eevee. It's name is dependent on a sole factor, that it must be associated in some manner to a Dragon. Whether it be derived from the Greek root, Drakon, or anything else associated with dragons. Limitations are to be set on its type, which must be DRAGON type only. FLYING type is not acceptable. The dragon can look Reptilian, like the Komodo Dragon, or it can look like Dratini. It must not have wings, and it must be quadrupedal. It's looks however can be however you think a dragon, particularly one that evolves from Eevee, should look. It's stats will be as follows

Health - 65
Attack - 130
Defense - 60
Special Attack - 110
Special Defense - 65
Speed - 95

These stats follow the same format as all Eeveelutions, with the total number being the same for all (excluding Eevee) and having the stat numbers being the same, just switched. It also follows the general guidance of Dragon type stats, which has attack, special attack, and speed being the highest.

The issue of how it evolves is somewhat astray. I think that the best method would be for Eevee to Happiness evolve while holding the Dragon Scale, or Evolve at level 30 while holding the Dragon Scale... Happiness evolve at a special location? IDK. But yeah. Would anyone like to do this? It would be greatly appreciated.
