Ok. so i have been lounging around trying to get some really cool things. Based upon some of the images that i have seen from these deviants ([link] [link] [link] [link] and [link]) in regards to their designs for the natural elements and what not, I have been inspired to draw one of my own. however, i do not have the capability to do such a thing. If anyone could assist me in how i could go about creating an image like this, using any program (as i frequent MSPaint and Paint.Net) would be vastly appreciated. My determination is grand, my skill is low, and my program selection is limited (quite possibly to the aforementioned 2 programs). Any help from anyone would be superb!

Oh.. and Wisdom Teeth Removal, fine when the drugs work. painful as shit when they wear off.
